But why should you listen to me? Well, I have been using kettlebells for 10 years, having gone to Minnesota USA (twice) to complete the 3-day Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC) course by DragonDoor and Pavel Tsatsouline.
During this 3 hour workshop, we will go back to basics and focus on correcting the kettlebell swing so that you can learn how to use your body to properly do all the main exercises. In fact, we cover the entire 3-day course in 3 hours.
But is this course right for you, or do you have to be a super fit exercise fanatic?
My workshop is for all levels, and because I focus on small groups I can personalise the instruction to each person. I also provide a pdf manual and an instructional DVD.
And guess what, I'm probably pretty similar to you. I work a normal full-time (non-fitness) job, I have kids, commitments and definitely don't sit at the table counting calories and Instagramming my food. But what I have been doing for the last 10+ years is finding the best fitness training tools to fit into my busy day.
