12kg Kettlebell

 The 12kg kettlebell is an ideal weight for females with some kettlebell training experience or for those that have a sporty background and are stronger/fitter than average.  

Trainers can soon progress past the  8kg kettlebell on exercises like the two arm swing so a 12kg provides a more challenging workout.  

Sometimes the lighter 8kg is required for upper body exercises like the Get Up, although by using and getting overall stronger with a 12kg kettlebell on exercises like swings will assist the trainer progress further with the upper body exercises.
